Teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure that brightens the natural color of your teeth using a safe, professional-grade whitening gel activated by LED light. It’s a fast, non-invasive way to enhance your smile and leave a lasting first impression.
Results typically last 2 to 6 months, depending on your lifestyle and oral care. Avoiding staining foods and beverages—like coffee, tea, wine—and habits such as smoking can help prolong your results. Good dental hygiene is key to maintaining your whiter smile.
You can whiten your teeth as often as needed, but we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks between sessions. How frequently you whiten depends on your enamel’s sensitivity and how well you maintain your results.
No, teeth whitening should not be painful. We use a gentle yet effective formula designed to minimize sensitivity. For those with extra-sensitive teeth, we offer an even milder formula to ensure your comfort during the session.
When done in moderation, teeth whitening is safe and not harmful to your enamel. Over-whitening or doing it too frequently can weaken enamel, so we recommend spacing treatments every 4–12 weeks, depending on your needs.
Yes, but with limitations. Veneers, crowns, and fillings can be whitened to their original shade, but not beyond it. They may not respond to whitening gel the same way natural teeth do. However, they still benefit from stain removal and brightening.
It’s best to avoid smoking for at least 24 hours post-treatment. Your teeth's pores remain open after whitening, making them more vulnerable to stains. If you must smoke, rinse and brush your teeth immediately afterward to reduce staining.
Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, or dark-colored beverages for at least 24–48 hours. Your teeth are more porous and stain-prone during this period. After that, enjoy your favorite drinks in moderation—but rinse or brush afterward to protect your results.
Tooth Gems are a swarovski crystal glued onto the tooth. We do have multiple different sizes to choose from. They can last 3-9 months with proper care.

You want to arrive to your appointment with clean/brushed teeth. You should wait 12-24 hours after tooth gem application to avoid sensitivity or premature loss of the gem. Brushing your teeth too soon after a treatment will be abrasive on the teeth and gems. If sensitivity occurs, it will diminish within 24 hours.
We do recommend making an appointment with your dentist to properly remove the gem. If you need to remove them at home, they can be removed with any traditional tweezers or dental floss. Simply pry up on any side of the gem to remove. Floss can work with a little more pressure moving it back and forth to “cut” the glue.
Unless a note from your doctor declares you completely unable to receive the procedure.
